As part of our ongoing support of medical centres in Pakistan, we facilitated a free eye camp in September, where patients could come and see specialists and receive treatment on some common issues. For patients who were identified as needing surgeries, this was also provided free of charge.
In total, our doctors and opticians met with and checked 106 patients and performed cataract surgeries on 33 patients.
The Ainullah Eye Clinic is situated in Mianwali and was set up many years ago, with the aim to provide access to affordable and free healthcare for people in need. We have been supporting the clinic since it’s inception and run these programmes and free eye camps are run throughout the year. Your donations have allowed us to provide treatment to thousands of patients, both from Mianwali and from neighbouring regions who come especially for the treatment.
