WF-AID would like to thank the KSI Stanmore Citizen Association of Stanmore, who have generously donated £14,400 to construct 30 deep water wells in Pakistan.
Presenting the cheque to Mahmood Dhala, Assistant Secretary General of WF, the President of the association, Jafferbhai Walji stated that it was important that Muslims wherever they may be, are not deprived of water and this gesture was being made in the name and memory of our beloved Imam Husayn (as). He hoped that other Khoja Shia organisations would follow the example of KSI Senior Citizen Association and help the needy under the banner of Ali Asghar Water Appeal.
