As we approach the end of the holy month of Ramadhan, we at WF-AID want to express our gratitude to all those who have supported our Ramadhan Relief campaign. Thanks to your generous contributions, we have been able to provide essential food items to many vulnerable families in need. However, the need is still significant, and there are many more individuals and families who require assistance.
On this night of Qadr, we want to remind everyone of the importance of charity during this blessed time. As the Holy Qur’an states in Sura al-Baqarah, Verse 261:
“The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.”
Your participation in our Ramadhan Relief campaign can still make a difference! Your contribution can assist us in providing iftar meals to underprivileged families during the holy month, ensuring that no one goes hungry during this sacre d time. A donation of just £5 can provide a family with enough food for three days, which is approximately equivalent to the cost of only ONE cup of chai!
